Payroll Administration Opportunity

Kforce has a client seeking a Payroll Administration Opportunity in Bradley, Illinois (IL). Essential functions:
Help with payroll duties with union payroll and salary payroll
Invoice management
Support company with daily administrative functions
Perform general clerical duties; typing, filing, scanning and data entry
Ad hoc special projects
This is a long-term contract until 2020
3-5 years of processing payroll
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and enthusiasm
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel is a must
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
