Technical Lead QC Laboratory

Kforce has a client in search of a Technical Lead QC Laboratory in Bradley, Illinois (IL).Responsibilities include:
Will evaluate testing for biological, chemical, and microbial characteristics on raw materials, in-process, intermediate, and finished product samples; This evaluation will include the integration of electronic processes/software
Maintains a working knowledge of the regulatory requirements for quality control testing; These requirements include instrument qualification and method validation
Develops and maintains a project timeline for the implementation of testing to support the site expansion projects; This timeline will include evaluation of new technologies, purchase and qualification of new equipment, and validation/transfer of laboratory methods
Purchase of new laboratory instruments according to the approved capital project, including obtaining quotes for the Capital Acquisition Request, presenting the CAR to Senior Staff, and executing the project according to the project timelines
Performs technical writing to document system requirements, instrumentation qualification, and method validation
Provides expert review of technical documents that ensure instrument qualification, method validation, and software integration
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee selection, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of -non-value added- activities

Complies with requirements from CSL Behring's Safety Program, including Health and Safety mandates and OSHA requirements
Completes any other duties/responsibilities assigned by senior management
Strong Project Management experience
Technical writing experience
Experience with instruments in a pharmaceutical type setting

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
