Primary duties include the following:
Assisting Administrator with marketing and public relations, assisting with performing all personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and discipline, assisting with monitoring of home policies and procedures, assisting with coordinating staff and management teams, assisting with ensuring that the home is in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for licensure and Medicaid certification, and other duties as requested.
Ideal candidates will have strong management and organization skills and have experience in a Human Services field.
Must have reliable transportation.
