We need eyes and ears on the ground continually monitoring our products, employees and efficiency.
We need someone with strong leadership skills.
We manufacture specialty coated food grade papers and have to keep tight tabs on our quality, organization and cleanliness, as well as our third party audit(SQF) and food safety program needs.
This person must be able to communicate clearly, confidently and directly with employees.
Specific Duties o Follow work order instructions, supervise production of product to work order specifications.
o Supervise Machine Operators to ensure line laborers productivity and quality control goals are met.
o Report all defects and damages to product, paperwork issues and employee issues.
o Facilitate Training:
SQF and SOP.
o Oversee machine tidiness and cleanliness standards of the warehouse.
o Assign tasks to team and ensure they are followed in an efficient and timely manner.
o Perform inventory checks and organization.
o Perform routine quality control checks on work in progress and finished products.
o Ensure that team is upholding the core values of ByPak Inc and GMP protocols.
o Maintain all safety regulations while carrying out work functions.
o Be aware and knowledgeable of assessed job hazards and the required PPE.
Additional Duties o Operating a forklift to move pallets of materials to be cut.
o Proficient at stocking and storing of all materials and supplies in the warehouse.
o Ensure the proper tagging, labeling, and stocking of all supplies in warehouse.
o Able to ensure appropriate management and handling of all storage supplies.
Skills o Should be bodily fit and have the ability to lift weighty goods and materials, up to and including 75 pounds.
o Should have ability to conduct all assigned works and tasks competently.
o Should have ability to effectively manage time to meet targets and deadlines.
o Should be a team player and have the capacity to synchronize with associates.
o Should have knowledge and ability to operate a computer.
o Should have ability to understand quality control methods.
