Responsibilities:
- Pest Control - Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity.
Build a service plan to remedy pest presence consisting of products and services needed.
Perform pest treatments and install products needed to gain a pest free environment.
Also provide preventative service plans.
- Customer Service - Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, professional and courteous behavior during visits.
Offer solutions to pest issues and recommend appropriate services to resolve/prevent customer concerns.
Offer additional services that we provide that may be of value to the customer.
- Continuous Learning - Become knowledgeable in all services and products used through provided and paid training.
Stay up to date on all regulations, trends, technology and developments in the pest control industry.
Participate in employer-provided training and new methods, products and services in pest control solutions.
Obtain and maintain licenses / certificates required by federal, state and local regulations funded by Menards Pied Piper Pest Control.
Position Requirements -Must possess a valid driver's license and undergo a vehicle driving record check -Available to work Monday - Friday day shift - Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred - Knowledge of pest control techniques and products preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent communication and customer service skills - The ability to lift 50
lbs - The ability to walk / stand for 4
