About the role In this role, you will provide direction and supervise associates to support a sales driving culture while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience You will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service through our hospitality mentality approach.
You will offer information to the customer on current merchandise assortment, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
Your goal is to connect with the customers to solve their shopping needs making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded.

Sales Supervisor:
Trains Associates on selling floor operation and best practices Executes department and fitting room recover and replenishment Identifies merchandising opportunities to increase sales while improving operations Ensures team merchandise fixtures and maintains non-promotional signs Service Supervisor:
Trains associates to maximize performance and customer experience Oversees daily functions of the Cash office (i.
e.
register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research) Maintains organization of the registers and service desk areas Supervises and assists in accurate and efficient processing of customers' requests and transactions Stockroom Operations Supervisor:
Ensures accuracy of paperwork, vendor returns, transfers, and all other merchandise handling functions Advocates and executes Kohl's best practices including continuous flow, ad set, and merchandise presentation Ensures merchandise is prepped for merchandising process and sales floor is customer ready Maintains stockroom organization and other operation guidelines and inspects/maintains all equipment QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis PREFERRED Prior experience in sales, customer service or other work with the public Prior experience working with a team Pay Starts At:
