You will be responsible for writing complete and accurate repair plans, have knowledge of OE procedures, and be a valuable member of the shop's team.

Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including suspension Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and insurance companies Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage Proficient in using computer software for repair planning and invoicing purposes, experience in CCC One - (1 year experience preferred) Responsibilities Assess and inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs Prepare accurate repair plans for auto body repairs, including parts, labor, and materials Communicate with customers regarding repair options and provide detailed explanations of the repair plan Collaborate with insurance companies to process claims and obtain necessary approvals Coordinate with technicians and other staff members to ensure timely completion of repairs Maintain accurate records of repair plans, and customer interactions Job Type:
