They will prepare and analyze financial statements, budget, forecast, and manage the company's accounts payable and receivable.
Responsibilities:
Manage the financial operations of the company Prepare and analyze financial statements Budgeting, forecasting, and internal control Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory Implement and maintain financial systems and procedures Ensure compliance with GAAP and local, state, and federal regulations Work with management to provide financial guidance and support Report to upper management on financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Work within Epicor ERP
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting Good communication and teamwork skills Experience with accounting software and ERP systems CPA certification is a plus
