Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that includes market research, product development, advertising, public relations, and event planning Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals Manage the marketing budget and track ROI Create and execute digital marketing campaigns Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media Experience in project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Proven ability to drive sales and increase brand awareness
