Candidate must also be able to fill in on different days and times a few days every month to cover other employees' vacations and time off.
We are looking for a proficient Office Assistant to help with the day to day responsibilities of keeping the store organized and helping customers with orders.
The ideal candidate should be reliable and enjoy working with people and customers.
They will be responsible to call on current, previous and soon to be customers.
The candidate should be a people person who enjoys talking with customers.
Candidate should be proficient at google analytics, social media and web site management.
Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls Calling customers to schedule installations Scheduling estimate appointments Welcome customers to the store Calling customers that have had estimates Light office duties Unpack and organize products Skills Organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to lift 35 pounds Excellent customer relations Work Remotely No Job Type:
