Requirements Must be customer oriented Extremely organized A problem solver A self starter Responsibillities Respond to customer service opportunities Distribute service calls to the appropriate service provider Enter report notes Enter parts orders Create/Submit parts invoices Maintain Service Spreadsheet Forward service reports to store/managers for review when applicable This position will be based in the Bradley, IL office or at our Joliet, IL location with occasional travel to Bradley ans is part time with the potential to develop into full-time.
